With over 25 years of experience in early childhood education across Japan and Australia, I founded Hiyoko Global Kids McDowall to create a warm, bilingual, multicultural space where children feel truly at home.

Michelle

Early Education Teacher

She is a qualified Primary Teacher and experienced mother, known for her warm heart and exceptional creativity. She brings a unique gift for combining art and education, turning everyday moments into rich learning experiences.

Tomomi

Lead Educator

She has been part of the Hiyoko family for over 4 years, growing alongside our unique early education philosophy. She is one of our most creative, positive, and fun-loving educators, bringing joy and warmth to every learning moment.

Yukiko

Japnese teacher/Assistant

She is an experienced language teacher with a deep understanding of bilingual development. With her calm and thoughtful presence, she supports children in both Japanese and English, helping them grow confidently in a multicultural environment.

Mana

Assistant

She is a new and energetic educator who brings a fresh perspective to Hiyoko. After completing four years of early childhood education study at a Japanese college, she has now begun her professional journey with us.

Her gentle presence, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn make her a wonderful support to the children and team.

Assistant

She has worked in childcare for many years in Japan and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Hiyoko. Her journey led her to Australia to deepen her knowledge and skills, and she continues to grow through study and real-world learning in our bilingual setting.
